foxhead III

Continuing with kstars-ekos-phd2 and getting more stable by the session, here's another go less than 24 hours before lunar eclipse and with an uncomfortably hot 700d sensor. Big hats-off to Andy for his coding patience. To quote him part way through last night's session:
 we're not out of the woods yet;  I was testing and found a case where the dither command was not sent.

Indeed, and here we are busy building from this morning's git. You sometimes wonder what you're actually doing. Then I'm reminded; if it's easy, you can't be bothered. This is a challenge. You also forget the aim; that of producing images. Photography if you will. Oh, and then there's the night sky...
