Although I thought that RAW wouldn't be affected, it does seem to have lowered the noise. Oh, and no dark flat frames. That makes for less noise too. Or easier to process at least.

Trying out the side by side guide-scope. Got the 450 going with more dither. Less noise. Or maybe it was because I changed the Picture Style setting from standard to neutral in the camera menu.
