m27

After galaxy season, stars seem a bit of a novelty as our own galaxy's stars swing into view in the early hours. So after m5, set EKOS to point at m27, not expecting anything much as dawn would interrupt the session at around 04:40. Somehow managed 20 frames of which 16 were usable.

At 1227 light years, much closer than the extra galactic globular clusters, subject of the previous post. also much more colourful.
