ff supplied collar:  8.5

m42 extension:      40.0

camera backfocus:   17.5

              TOTAL 66.0mm

Not a fan of spending hours in the dark with refractors fumbling around, screwing, unscrewing, dropping etc... If it's not back spacing, it's tilt!
