install phd2 kubuntu 26.04

We need a few libraries, so best to have the indilib ppa on hand too:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:pch/phd2

sudo apt updatesudo apt-add-repository ppa:mutlaqja/ppa sudo apt-get update
sudo apt install phd2
