From setiastrosuitepro we also need the toolkit:
sudo apt install nvidia-cuda-toolkit

You may also need cudnn9 external to sasp's venv too, but try the toolkit first.

From within siril
activate the venv at:

~/.local/share/siril

then:
pip install cuda-toolkit[cudart,cublas,nvrtc,cufft]
