kubuntu upgrade 24.04 software sources

Upon updating from 22.04 to 24.04, the sources list (e.g. ppa repositories) in Discover is broken/moved/unavailable. Until there's a fix...

To see this:We need this:

sudo apt install software-properties-qt

Then launch it:

sudo software-properties-qt
